Hosting A Clinic - 2017- 2018

AS A CLINIC HOST, YOU WILL BE RESPOSIBLE FOR:


ARENA ARRANGEMENTS (NEGOTIATING FEES PER DAY, RESERVING THE ARENA)

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTING THE CLINIC TO FILL WITH PARTICIPANTS.
MINIMUM OF 10 Participants, NO AUDITORS, MAX. 15 Participants.  Only ONE HORSE for the entire clinic.  Additional horses will be an extra charge.

LOCATE LODGING ARRANGEMENTS/ RESERVATIONSFOR PAUL IN A VICINITY CLOSE TO THE ARENA.(You are not required to pay the lodging. )  We feel that the clinic host best knows the area, and will be transporting Paul to and from the arena, so this is best arranged by the host/hostess.

TRANSPORTATION FOR PAUL TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT AND TO FROM HOTEL/ARENA.

AS A CLINIC HOST, YOU WILL COLLECT THE DEPOSITS FROM  ALL PARTICIPANTS.
DEPOSTS ARE DUE TO PAUL NO LATER THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE THE CLINIC.

MAKE LUNCH ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE PARTICIPANTS.
THE MOST EFFECIENT LUNCH BREAKS ARE ON THE GROUNDS.

EXAMPLE OF SOME OPTIONS: Arrange for pot-luck lunches, cater lunch, inform them if there are concessions on-ground, reminders to bring drinks, food, snacks if there will not be anything offered during the day. 

COMMUNICATE WITH PARTICIPANTS WITH UPDATES AND UTILIZE THE FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE. (prodvided)

 

BE SURE TO LET YOUR PARTICIPANTS KNOW THAT TO BRING TO BE PREPARED FOR THE CLINIC:

    • split reins
    • non-competition bit in addition to the running bit that the horse is familiar with

    IF AT ALL POSSIBLE,  have a TV/DVD player available for use during a portion of the clinic.

WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU AS THE CLINIC HOST:

YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE THAT IS LINKED TO THE BREAKING THE MOLD
WITH PAUL FACEBOOK PAGE. YOU WILL BE MADE A HOST OF THE EVENT SO THAT YOU
CAN INVITE PARTICIPANTS AND MAKE UPDATES, ADD PHOTOS, AND PROMOTE THE EVENT.

YOU ATTEND THE CLINIC AT NO CHARGE.

YOU WILL BE PROVIDED CLINIC FLYER IF NEEDED, AND A CUSTOM GRAPHIC TO USE FOR PROMOTION (UPON REQUEST)

 

2017 & 2018 Clinic Fees:

  • 1 DAY CLINIC $275.00
  • 2-DAY CLINICS $450.00
  • 1-DAY ADVANCED CLINIC* (to be held on Friday evening before regular clinics- 5 pm to 9 pm) $275.00

    Advanced Clinic restrictions: 

    1. You must have attended at least ONE of the regular or challenge clinics.
    2. No young horses.  This clinic is fast-paced and to be fair to all participants, no young horses  will be allowed in this clinc.
    3. Minimum 4 participants, Max. 6

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF ONE-HALF DUE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT IN ANY CLINIC, DUE 15 DAYS BEFORE CLINIC.

YOU MAY SELL YOUR SPOT.

REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONLY IF CLINIC IS CANCELLED BY PAUL OR THE ARENA.

IF THE CLINIC MUST BE RESCHEDULED, YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE OPTION OFKEEPING YOUR PLACE OR RECEIVING A REFUND.
