What hosts get

Ride your own clinic free

  1. Free attendanceHosts attend the clinic they’re hosting at no charge, once the clinic is full and all fees are paid in full.
  2. A custom promotional flyerMade for your stop on request, in the Breaking the Mold style.
  3. Office supportThe BTM office provides the forms to collect deposits and final payments, and stays in touch with you and your riders.
What hosts do

Your part of the deal

  • Book the venue. Arrange the arena, negotiate fees and handle any venue deposit.
  • Fill the clinic. Advertise and recruit riders: a minimum of 10, maximum of 15, one horse per rider for the whole clinic, no auditors.
  • Handle lunch. Coordinate lunch for attendees each clinic day.
  • Get Paul there. Recommend lodging and arrange transportation from the airport to lodging and the clinic.
  • Stay in touch. Keep communication open with your riders and the BTM office, and collect deposits and final payments on BTM-supplied forms.
