Benefits of being a clinic host
- Free attendance at the BTM clinic you're hosting (with full clinic/all fees paid in full)
- Custom flyer to advertise your clinic (upon request)
- Forms provided by BTM office staff to collect deposits/final payments from attendees
Responsibilities of being a clinic host
- Arena/Venue arrangements: negotiating fees, and reserving/booking (to include deposit if required)
- Advertising and promoting the clinic in order to fill with participants; minimum of 10. No auditors, maximum of 15, one horse for the duration of the clinic
- Make lunch arrangements with attendees; the most efficient lunch is on-site where the clinic is being held
- Make recommendations for lodging for Paul (upon request)
- Communicate with clinic attendees to keep them updated with any changes
- Communicate with BTM office staff to keep them updated with any changes or complications that may arise
- Provide transportation for Paul from airport to lodging/clinic location (upon request)
- Utilize forms supplied by BTM office staff to collect deposits/final payments from attendees
